Shipping, Return and Exchange Policies
I will ship your item(s) within 2-4 business days. The item(s) will be shipped via USPS in appropriate packaging which will provide secure protection for your purchased item(s), in addition to $50.00 insurance coverage and more detailed tracking information. It typically takes 2-3 business days depending on where your package is being sent.
Once the item has shipped, you will receive a verification email as well as a tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges:
If items are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the situation with USPS.
If you are not satisfied with the item, please send it back within 5 days of receipt of the package and I will gladly issue a refund for the price of the item (not including shipping) upon my receipt provided it is returned in the same condition as it was sent.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the cost of the item to be returned was over $100.00 please insure the package for the full amount paid so that it is fully protected during transit and also to protect yourself from liability should something happen to the package. Please contact me at email@example.com prior to shipping and also provide me with a tracking number once the item has been shipped.
